Semolina and coconut are one of the best combos. Whether it is savoury or sweet, they shine well together. We have a breakfast dish made of semolina and coconut, which is savoury called upma. It has been a long time I am planning to make Coconut Namoura, which I usually get from my favourite middle eastern store. But didn’t make it because it is too much for one person to finish.
