It’s no secret, I love Cheesecake. Who doesn’t? I love the process of making it.
But, even more than that, I love eating it. I can’t resist a thick, creamy cheesecake full of tangy vanilla flavor on a buttery graham cracker crust.
I often get asked what my secret is when it comes to making cheesecake, specially the eggless new York Cheese Cake. So today I’m sharing my favorite tips and tricks for cheesecake perfection.

Ingredients New York Cheese Cake
- 8-9 digestive biscuits
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp unsalted melted butter
- 1/4 cup sour Cream ( Homemade Sour Cream)
- 1 tbsp cornflour4 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp maida/ flour
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (Homemade Cream Cheese)
- 1 tsp vanilla Essence
- Pinch of salt
