No Eggs, No Butter, No Oil Iyengar Bakery Sooji Cake in Convention Microwave(Eggless Semolina Cake)
I have made this dessert a few years ago before I started this blog. But I wanted to share or post this recipe on my blog because many insisted and requested to post the written recipe for this. And I am posting all the video recipes that I have on my YouTube channel on this blog.
So let’s quickly check out the ingredients we need for this samolina cake
1+1/2 cups of Sooji
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp of curd
1/2 tsp of Baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Pinch of salt

Purpose of using Granulat sugar instead of powedred sugar?
Hi Shreya, I use granulated sugar in most of my recipes because it is easily available.
