Homemade Whipping Cream| Perfect Whipping Cream with Powder Cream, Making your own homemade fluffy whipped cream with powder cream at home is super easy. If you’ve never made whipped cream from instant topping powder before don’t worry, the process is actually very simple.
Even I never thought the powder cream will yield amazing results, I’m quite impressed with the outcome. The process is so simple and easy and you just need little water and time.
I followed the instructions given on the box, and used 100ml chilled water to mix the powder and then kept the mixture in freezer rather than fridge (keeping temperature in April in India). The tip to follow is do not let the blender touch the base of container and whip on slow speed.

1 box powder cream ( I used bluebird)

Make sure you keep the whipped cream in the fridge until use.
You can use the whipped cream to cover the cake and pipe designs, make sure you keep it in the fridge immediately.
