After posting  Homemade red velvet cake Premix recipe and homemade cream cheese many of you requested me to post a cake recipe using the Premix and frosting made with homemade cream cheese. So here is the super easy eggless red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting.
I won’t lie but I went through internet for a simple design for this cake, because I am not a pro yet to decorate a cake and I respect all the cake decorators for their amazing work and talent. Anyways coming back to my design, all the design we’re either with crumbs or only with the frosting, i was looking for some eye Cathy design and yet simple. But hard luck couldn’t find any and I created this master piece with my own imaginations.

Since Valentine’s day around the corner I thought of giving a try and used a heart shaped cookie cutter and filled the crumbs in it. I was really scared while removing the mould because the camera was rolling and I was doing this for the first time and I was literally praying that the mould should come out easily with heart impression. To my luck everything went well and it was a win win situation for me.
