How many Medjool dates you should be consumed?

  • 100 grams or more seedless dates
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup flour/ maida
  • 1/4 cup water
