This cake is more like a cookie-cake- dense, but soft and very flavorful. If you like almond-flavour, this is for you. This is the perfect elegant dessert for a special occasion. It’s a little bit fancy, and it’s so beautiful to serve to guests.
Ingredients for Eggless Almond Cake – No Egg Almond Pound Cake
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cups curd
- 2 cups maida/flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup almond powder
- 1/2 cup milk powder
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp almond essence
