Baked Onion Crackers Ingredients
- one medium size onion
- 1 green chilli
- curry leaves
- 1 1/2 cups flour/maida
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 water
They’re straightforward. Everything gets made in one bowl; then, you roll, cut, and bake. Take a bite, and your mouth is full of onion goodness. I am sure you will not find the most straightforward recipe than this. That’s the way to do it.
Oh, and these are best when served with a steaming hot cup of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. A nice warm glass of milk would also go well. YUM.
