It’s summertime and it’s a season of mange. I see so many recipes around the internet during this season with mangoes, like mango cake, Mango Mousse Cake – Eggless Mango Mousse Cake, Eggless Mango Sooji Cake mango milkshake, etc. Then why not mango chocolate? This Mango Cranberry and Pistachios Chocolate is super easy chocolate to engage your kids during summer.
When I saw this chocolate, I was all excited to experiment with it but then I bought this chocolate bar and it was lying in with other baking chocolates. I really wanted to make something out of it. But before I make any recipe I wanted to know how the chocolate actually tastes by itself. Therefore made these cute little teddy chocolates.
so, I wanted to add something to the mango chocolate, as the chocolate by itself will taste too sweet and no fun in just melting the chocolate, pouring in the moulds and setting it. I wanted the chocolate to be a little tangy and a little crunch in every bite. I thought for over a week to take the decision to add cranberry and pistachios.
Ingredients for Mango Cranberry and Pistachios Chocolate
- 500 grams of mango chocolate
- 4 tbsp crushed pistachios
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
