TASTY TREAT FOR YOUR KIDS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON! TAKE A CLASSIC HOLIDAY CHOCOLATE CAKE TO THE NEXT LEVEL WITH THIS Eggless Ferrero Rocher Cake – Non Dairy Whipped Cream Cake.

These past few months (and this year in general) have gone by crazy fast! They say time goes faster as you get older, and I didn’t really believe it until i got older ?

One of my all-time favorite summer-time desserts is the classic chocolate cake, I cannot say enough about this beautiful cake! It’s stunning and eye-catching! Nothing beats the chocolate and summer holidays. Make this easy eggless ferrero Rocher cake and it will be the first dessert to be devoured.

For the base I have used Chocolate cake premix, you can use this or any other chocolate cake recipe. I used 2 cups of Chocolate cake premix and added 1 cup of water and 4 tbsp of oil to make the batter and divide the batter into 2 portions. 2 cups of Premix will yield around 1.5 kgs of cake.

Eggless Ferrero Rocher Cake – Non-Dairy Whipped Cream Cake

Ingredients for base

• 2 cups Eggless chocolate cake premix
• 1 cup of water
• 4 that of oil

For decoration

• 1+1/2 cup chocolate non-dairy Whipping Cream(How to make perfect non-dairy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup Nutella
• 6-8 Ferrero Rocher chocolate

Sugar syrup

• 1 cup of water
• 5 tbsp sugar (for syrup)
