Have you had brownies before? If you have not you are truly missing out. These best ever eggless whole wheat chocolate brownies are healthier and are truly the best I have had so far.
These eggless whole wheat chocolate brownies are healthier because they are made with whole wheat flour, less sugar, and homemade butter, (you may use store bought as well) which has healthier fat content.
I didn’t make this brownie recipe in a long time. It kind of got lost in my old recipe pile though little by little I will be bringing back some of them. A lot of them are worth posting so I will try my best.
I think I have a couple of brownie recipes that I have posted on my blog but I must admit that this one is by far my favorite.
Anyhow, I will not elaborate any further, I just hope you get to try it soon and that you like it as much as I do. This is super chocolaty, tasty and easy to do.

Did you know that there are three main types of brownies? Cake-like brownies which are flaky and they tend to crumble. Fudge-like brownies which are thick and dense. And chewy brownies which are obviously chewy and rich.
These brownies are definitely cake-like. If you’re looking for something more dense or chewy you can always try leaving out the baking powder!

- 100 grams dark chocolate compund
- 100 grams unsalted butter ( room temperature)
- 1 cup / 120 grams sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup / 140 grams whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chip (Optional)
