Ingredients
2 cups Sooji
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of milk
1 cup curd or dahi
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp of vegetable oil Handful of crushed walnuts

Instructions
- Combine Sooji, Coco a power, baking soda and salt and keep it aside
- In a separate bowl add curd, sugar, milk, vanilla essence,oil and mix well till sugar is almost dissolves
- Now add dry ingredients to the wet and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps of soon
- Add crushed walnuts and mix well
- Pour the batter in a greased and lined baking pan
- Bake @ 180 degrees Celsius pre heated oven for 25-30 minutes or till the skewer inserted comes out clean
