I didn’t wanted to make a regular Rasmalai cake when one of my friend asked me to bake one for his wife’s birthday. I thought for a while on what design I should go for! Meanwhile this friend messaged me and asked if I can make a heart shape cake or some heart design on the cake. Then I came up with this.

- 1+1/4 cup vanilla cake Premix
- Few drops of Rasmalai Essence
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp of oil

- 1 cup non dairy whipping cream
- Few drops of Rasmalai Essence
- Rasmalai milk
