Rasmalai Cake is one the bestest fusion cake I ever made. Rasmalai is most loved sweet in India and you definitely wouldn’t want to replace this sweet with anything else. I am sure you will love this rasmalai cake.
Rasmalai cake is one of the most sold cakes by me. When I tell my clients about rasmalai cake they will first give me a wired look, they think I am joking. But when they actually taste it they simply fall in love with the cake, because this cake has lot of saffron flavor and is soaked in milk than the normal sugar syrup.
Let’s quickly check out the ingredients for this amazing cake. As I mentioned earlier, you can use any vanilla cake recipe for the base and the one I baked for the rasmalai cake is eggless.

200 grams of condensed milk
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
300 ml non dairy whipping cream

Rasmalai and pistachios for decoration
