If you’re like me, you love the look of simplicity. For this cake, I decided to keep it as simple as possible. I went with a vanilla cream and filled the layer with fresh strawberries and topped it with hearts sprinklers.

I have used the same Eggless Vanilla Premix for this recipe and added pink food color to get the desired color for my cake. And this Premix recipe doesn’t disappoints me and come out well every time I bake.

2 drop of pink food Color (I used gel based)

1 cup cream
