What’s special about Mango Cake?
Regular cake recipes are basic baked cake recipes and are made with just vanilla flavor. but you can make different kinds of flavors as an additional agent to the traditional sponge cake recipes. one such easy and simple sponge cake variation is the mango cake recipe made with a generous amount of mango flavor.
Mango Cake is one of my all-time favorite cakes. I made my very first mango cake last summer. I used fresh mangoes, although you can use the canned ones as well. Using fresh mangoes will take this cake to the next level.
How does the mango cake taste?
This Mango cake recipe has a cool, not-too-sweet and I used nondairy Whipping cream but you can use mascarpone cheese to make this a mousse cake.

Ingredients to make Eggless Mango Cake – How to decorate Mango cake
- Mango cake (Eggless Mango Cake)
- 2 cups nondairy whipping cream
- 2-3 big size mangoes sliced
- Few drops of lemon yellow color
For syrup
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup of water

- 1 big spatula
