  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1+1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 1 tsp green chilies
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp udaad daal
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1+1/2 tbsp oil

To make Upma

  •  1 cup upma premix
  • 1 tbsp of ghee
  • 2 cups of water
