I Know making gajar ka Halwa is a tiring task but these days many of you have food processor to ease the task of grating gajar. Bit believe me the end results are worth. I used very few ingredients for this recipe
because I don’t like complicated things. I just used gajar, sugar and cream and of course ghee and dry fruits to take this gajar ka Halwa to the next level. But ghee and dry fruits are complete optional if you are worried about calories.

Ingredients to make Gajar ka Halwa
1 kg grated gajar
1+1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup cream or khoya
2 tablespoon of ghee
Chopped dry fruits of your choice

Instructions
- In a kadai add grated gajar and sugar and mix well
- Let the sugar melt melt amd evaporate. Stir the gajar occasionally
- Once the sugar water has evaporated, add cream and mix well
- Now cook the gajar on medium low flame, strir continuously to make sure it doesn’t burn at the bottom
- Once the cream dries out, lower the flame and cook
- Meanwhile warm 2 tablespoon of ghee and add dry fruits to it and fry it till light brown in Color
- Add the fried dry fruits to gajar
- Gajar ka Halwa is ready to serve
